The Saint Cloud Short Film Festival was created with the idea that passionate local artisit deserve a place to feature their work in front of local crowds. From live action to animation, documentary to experimental all film makers will have a place and a voice at this film festival.
Whether it is your first film or your 100th if it hasn't been shown at this film festival it is new to us.
